IT Recruiters (minimum 1-2 years in IT recruiting) - 2 positions IT Sales Executive (minimum 1-2 years in IT sales) - 2 positions Location: Detroit, MI or Columbus, OH Local Candidates are preferred – no relocation expenses will be paid – Telephone and face to face interview at any of our location in MI or OH. Opportunity to grow and succeed is endless with an aggressive commission/incentive package. ~~~~~~~~ DESIRED SKILLS ~~~~~~~~ IT Recruiter (minimum 1-2 years in IT recruiting) - 2 positions * Minimum 1-2 year experience in IT Recruiting * Must enjoy talking to the candidates, screening candidates, conduct in-person meetings with candidates * Develop relationships with candidates and clients * Must possess excellent verbal and written skills * Highly-motivated, resourceful, self-starter who is a strategic thinker * Must have a proven track record of doing IT sales and business development. * Associate or Bachelors Degree in IT, Computer Science or relevant field is required for Freshers/ interns. IT Sales Executive (0-2 years in IT sales) - 2 positions * 0-2 year experience in IT Sales for selling Application Development, Staffing & other IT services to private or public sectors * Must enjoy outbound sales calls (Cold calling), qualifying potential customers, conduct in-person meetings with key hiring managers to senior-level executives, for the purpose of selling our services to prospective clients. * Develop relationships with hiring / business managers of clients * Outstanding skills in generating well-qualified leads * Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of an organization and respond to customer needs and requests * Must possess excellent verbal and written skills * Highly-motivated, resourceful, self-starter who is a strategic thinker * Must have a proven track record of doing IT sales and business development. * Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Sales is required for Freshers/interns No relocation benefit and visa sponsorship available for this job.
