Primary Responsibilities: Functional and technical requirements. As a critical link between the Subject Matter Experts and the development team, the Functional Analyst conducts analysis of business requirements, in order to develop documentation for the implementation of BI systems and applications projects. To achieve this, he will utilize his expertise in the financial sector, in Business intelligence, Data Analytics, and Data Warehousing. He will also demonstrate an understanding of the organization’s systems and show his capabilities to ensure the most efficient use of resources. Testing – Working in conjunction with the Business Analyst and the development teams, the Functional Analyst will be responsible for the creation and execution of application test cases, scenarios, and test plans that will validate the correct implementation of the initial functional and technical requirements. Function Description:  Support to the Business Analyst in the definition of the user's requirements.  Support to the Business Analyst in examining potential functional solutions to meet business requirements.  Design, analyse, test and document new or modified Cubes, models, reports and programs.  Work closely with the IT business experts for the solution architecture definition.  Perform functional analyses and advise stakeholders in the choice of functional and technical solutions.  Perform functional tests: o Support functional test plan organization; o Write functional test cases and scenarios; o Write functional test scripts; o Perform test scripts and validate test cases and scenarios.  Supervise implementation of the projects.  Write functional documentation.  Provide functional support and distribute the necessary information to all participants.  Participate in the realisation of the risk roadmap, tuning the requirements and monitoring the chosen solution to be in line with this roadmap.
