Their Resourcing Services team manages the delivery of end-to-end volume and entry-level recruitment campaigns for major employers such as BP, GlaxoSmithKline, Network Rail, Unilever, Ford, Nestlé, Mercedes-Benz, Mars and BT. They act as an extension to their clients’ in-house recruitment teams, and provide all of their clients’ candidates with an exceptional service at every stage of the registration, application, assessment and selection processes. We are looking for Client Services Managers to enhance their established team based in Newbury, Berkshire. These are critically important roles, which manage all aspects of client service delivery and candidate management, as well as ensuring that any opportunities for them and their clients to work together on wider activities are identified and maximised. Key duties and responsibilities: Owns the client relationships, acting as the interface within the business between the clients’ recruitment teams and the relevant subject matter experts (SMEs) and teams from within our specialist Attraction, Technical, Assessment, Account Management and Business Development Teams Works in partnership with the client at an operational level to maintain excellent client relationships (i.e. clearly understands the client’s needs at the start of the project / campaign, regularly updates the client on progress against Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), resolves any client queries in a timely manner etc) Aims at all times to delight clients through proactive service delivery, not merely to meet clients’ minimum expectations Responsible for all key aspects of project management, including: Agreeing key deliverables with the client at the outset of each campaign Working with the relevant Account Director plus Commercial to agree contractual terms and conditions at the outset of each campaign Creating robust project plans, including identifying resource required for each activity throughout the duration of each campaign Working with the Head of Resourcing Services and Head of Assessment to secure and manage required resource Identifying and collating all documentation required to ensure excellent candidate and client experience Completing requirements documentation for the Technical team Produces Pipeline Reports and analysis on a weekly basis and provide this to client in a timely manner Actively works with the clients to support the growth of the accounts via the identification of opportunities to enhance, expand or optimise the scope of services... http://bull.hn/l/1134T/5" | |||||
