Your role will be a typical recruitment consultant’s from winning your own business to making placements although there is a warm business to go into from day one. You will be a strong sales person but will also have the servicing skills needed to keep your clients once you have won them. Candidates must have a proven background ideally within this professional sector of recruitment, although all professional sectors will be considered. Both skills sets are desirable but my client is flexible. In return for your hard work you will not only be given support and training but will be rewarded with a fantastic commission structure and the opportunity to grown your team and manage later on if this is where your aspirations lie. Basic salary up to £30K plus commission/bonus. ATTRIBUTES, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS: 1. Excellent client and candidate base to build and develop on so networking skills appropriate. 2.
