Those with experience on maintenance etc. need not apply The Developer III contributes specialized technical knowledge in multiple, concurrent application development efforts. Principle responsibility is development of application software to support Velocity products and services. This position will participate in all phases of software development cycle. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES • Will work with Velocity Product Development Team to develop application software to meet business requirements and provide solutions for our customers • Will have responsibility for developing technical designs and developing / unit testing code and addressing defects found in integration testing • Participate in routine product builds. • Participate in design and code reviews. • Participate in internal testing to identify problems early, perform exceptions testing and stress test scenarios. • Identify and recommend where new technologies may be incorporated • Will work with Business Analysts to aid in the design of the system • Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership for the team REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science and/or 4+ years of equivalent experience required • Experience defining technical expectations and goals of projects • 6+ years in the IT industry and a good understanding of the full life cycle of software development • Development experience with Microsoft web technologies and database programming • Experience with the following technologies: ASP.NET, C#, SQL, Web Services, XML, JavaScript, VBScript, HTML, UML, IIS • Extensive experience in MSSQL, including: triggers, tables, unions, joins, complex queries and stored procedures • Extensive development experience using Object Oriented Design and Analysis required • Experience using Agile Development Methodology or RUP (Rational Unified Process) is a plus • Experience with UML Modeling Tools such as Enterprise Architecture or Rational Rose • Demonstrated interest in, knowledge of, and enthusiasm for Internet technologies • Must be analytical, flexible, innovative, and self-motivated • Must be able to succeed in a dynamic team environment and be open to overtime when necessary Thanks and Regards, Hanumantha rao Corporate Recruiter RealPage India Pvt Ltd, 5th Floor, Building #20, Mindspace | K Raheja IT Park | Hyderabad 500 081, AP | India Phone: 986.698.2578, http://www.realpage.com/careers Email: hanumantha.dodda@realpage.com| Website: www.RealPage.com"
