We are looking for your high dedication and self-motivated drive to help us develop new applications and systems. The candidate will provide technical designs and solutions for business applications. Works closely with the business and development team to identify, design, and build new and enhanced functionality. Requires customer focused development and a continuous drive to exceed the business and clients expectations. This position works in collaboration with members of his/her team, the IT Infrastructure team, business partners, application clients and business management. Participates in all phases of the release cycle, as well as support and contribute to the development technical procedures, including design documentation, code review, and release processes. As an escalation point for application support and troubleshooting, provides guidance and direction to less experienced staff in resolution of escalated issues and/or complex production, application or system problems. Assures quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported area and oversees updating and testing of the business continuation plan. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Works with user experience team, business analysts, quality analysts, other developers, and DBA to design and implement products in support of strategic business and IT initiatives. Participates in requirements analysis and definition. Designs, writes, and develops C# .Net applications, including system utilities for testing, monitoring, and administration of applications. Development efforts will focus mainly on web based data-driven products Documents design, deliverables, and source in the interest of supporting future development and operations staff.
