"Now Hiring: Websphere MQ and Message broker Designer in Bangalore, India The role is with a leading IT company based in Banaglore, India. The purpose of the position is to technically analyse, design, build, test, support and implement integration platform infrastructure for Websphere MQ V7 and Message Broker V7 on Windows, Unix Solaris, AIX and zOS platform. Key Skill sets for the role are as follows: Overall IT Experience of 10+ years with Extensive experience in  Websphere MQ V7 and Websphere Message Broker V7 on zOS, Windows and Unix Solaris platform. Sound experience (at least 5 years) in integration infrastructure design, development and implementation of Websphere MQ and Message Broker in large and complex mainframe and distributed environments. Hands-on experience in advanced MQ cluster design and implementation in a complex data centre environment.  Hands-on experience in Message Broker and Configuration Manager design, configuration and implementation in a large and complex data centre environment. Hands-on experience in MQ and Message Broker build using ANTS scripts and in-depth knowledge of MQ Security and SSL. Exposure to Message Flows development, deployment and test support using MQ and Message Broker. Hands-on experience in message flows problem diagnosis and investigations. Exposure to Message Broker monitoring and performance tuning on zOS and Unix platform. Hands-on experience with 3rd Party WAS Management tools eg Candle, Tivoli, NetIQ and PerfMon. Solid background in MQ and Message Broker Operations, Administration and Support. Excellent troubleshooting skills in resolving complex MQ and Message Broker message flows issues and experience in vendor support escalation and management of ETRs. Sound knowledge of zOS, Windows 2008, Unix Solaris and AIX platform, including sound working experience and understanding of Group Policy, ACF Security and Domain dependencies. Proven track record in delivering process improvement and significant reengineering benefits. Open to new ideas/innovations with desire to translate them into real solutions. Excellent communication skills across various levels in the organization. Salary not a constraint for the right individual.
