This activity includes developing automated test scripts, execution of test scripts, debugging of scripts for any issue. Good verbal and written communication skills are required. Agricultural or construction industry experience preferred but not required. Summary of Duties: • Develop & maintain Automation Framework • Prepare automated test scripts. • Develop and maintain test scripts as requirements evolve. • Debug & maintain the automated test scripts. • Participate in test peer reviews and test readiness reviews. • Perform formal verification testing. • Perform root cause analysis to diagnose problems. • Work with developers to debug issues. • Generate test reports. • Analyze test results. Functional & Technical Skills • Knowledge of the software development life cycle. • Experience writing automated test in VB script, Java Script, XML, HTML. • Experience working with HP Quick Test Professional and quality center. • Experience testing web based application, desktop application, Mobile Applications & embedded applications. • Experience working with developers to solve problems. • Knowledge of Database – Oracle, MS SQL • Knowledge of RFB protocol. Interpersonal Skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey new strategies, processes/approaches to a variety of internal audiences. • Ability to address and resolve issues in an objective, fact-based, professional fashion. • Ability to inspire confidence in project sponsors, owners and participants.
