Group: IT Recruiters Subject: Manning Global is currently looking for an experienced Business Process Analyst for a Contract position based in the UK Rachael Manning posted a job: Manning Global is currently looking for an experienced Business Process Analyst for a Contract position based in the UK "Manning Global is currently looking for an experienced Business Process Analyst for one of our clients, a leading International Telecommunications Company, for a Contract position based in the UK Job Description Responsible for, but not limited to,E2E process and system requirements, understanding and documenting all the northbound/ southbound interfaces and relationships, documenting and understanding the specific roles and responsibilities incl. the defined inter party KPI’s & SLA’s across all aspects of the programme, PMO and constituent projects over the entire project life cycle (initiation, preparation, implementation, acceptance, close out) to ensure delivery within time, cost and quality in line with business expectations. Responsibilities • Understanding all the current and required end clients/ processes, Tools and Systems and the input into the wider business • Detailing all the KPI’s/ SLA’s across the multiple projects and programmes. • Getting and ensuring all party alignment and agreement across these • Management of IT solutions and systems to support the implementation/ design processes and procedure • Ensuring that any changes in methodologies are clearly communicated to internal and external resources • Perform a continual ongoing review and communication of suitability of tools and systems to ensure fit for purpose. • Undertake a continual ongoing suitability and ‘fit for purpose’ of existing processes and guidelines with reference to the ‘end to end’ delivery.
