Group: Technology Recruiters Subject: Network Engineer Charlie Cubillas posted a job: Network Engineer "The Senior Network Engineer will be responsible for the high level strategic design of the network, implementation deployment, and highest level of technical escalation for network resolution. The role will be a hands-on technical role, requiring the ability to multitask, prioritize, and accomplish multiple concurrent projects, serve as network lead and mentor, as well as interface with vendors, other departments and executives. The Senior Network Engineer will play a vital role in the authoring of technical design, engineering, planning, implementation, migration and troubleshooting LAN/WAN/Firewall, VLANs infrastructures. - 4 year college degree in Information Systems, computer science or at least 8 years of experience - Cisco CCSP, Cisco CCIE Routing, Switching Certified & Cisco CCIE - Security Certified -Certifications are a plus. - Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI is a plus - 8+ years of progressive experience in network engineering, architecture, design, full deployment and support - 5+ years managing projects with industry accepted tools; 5+ years gathering and documenting requirements for business solutions - Extensive knowledge of routing and switching equipment and services (layer 2/3). Hands-on experience with Cisco equipment - routers/switches, IOS, etc. - A firm understanding of Active Directory, OU's, LDAP, Groups, and GPMC; Remote Access / Tunneling - VPN, WebVPN, GRE, AES, multifactor authentication - Strong MS Office Suite 2000-2010 and OpenOffice 3.x suite skills, Windows Server 2003-2008, Windows XP, Windows 7 - Microsoft Technologies SQL, Sharepoint, SCCM, Terminal Services - Virtualization experience, VMWare VCAP - Data Center Design, Microsoft Hyper preferred - Experience maintaining antivirus software and monitoring tools such as Zenoss, ManageEngine Log Event Manager, Cacti, and Spiceworks preferred - Application Delivery Services - Load balancers, ISA, SSL, ecommerce systems. - Experience with network management and analysis tools - CiscoWorks, HP OpenView, NetScout. - Expert knowledge of protocols i.e. DHTP, NHRP, NBMA, SMPT, TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, BGP, OSPF, RIP, etc. - Experience configuring and deploying PaloAlto (PA-2050) or CiscoPix networks - Security devices, concepts and services - Firewalls, IPSEC IPS/IDS, TACAS/RADIUS - Demonstrated capability to triage and multitask effectively - Must have a valid California driver license, up to date insurance and reliable use of transportation - Bi-lingual English/Spanish language preferred but not required Apply here: http://www.aplitrak.com/?adid=Y2hhcmxpZWN1YmlsbGFzLjI1NjE0LjMzNzBAdmFjby5hcGxpdHJhay5jb20"
