Must have good communication skills and be able to work independently as well as in a team environment. Must be able to know when to use Oracle Stored Procedures vs Informatica. Must be able to interact with Data Analyst and other technical staff in turning technical requirements into code. Must be able to do unit testing. Responsible for developing delivery solutions using Informatica PowerCenter, PL/SQL, scripting and other tools. Requirements: - Informatica PowerCenter – proficient with at least 4 to 7 years experience -Oracle (and/or other large databases) -PL/SQL, SQL -Data Warehouse Experience -Strong analytical and communication/presentation skills -Ability to work as part of a team, including working with remote participants -UNIX or Linux Helpful to Have: -2+ years hands on working with PL/SQL tool strongly preferred. -Crystal Reports, SAS, TOAD or similar tool -Experience working in a formal data warehouse environment (as reflected in the use of a formal ETL product like Informatica). This experience should include the analysis required to bring new sources into the Data warehouse in addition to ad hoc and/or production support activities.
