Group: IT Recruiters Subject: Access Control Systems Support - Contract at San Ramon, CA Victoria Hsu posted a job: Access Control Systems Support - Contract at San Ramon, CA "Contract Position: Access Control Systems Support Work Location: San Ramon, CA Contract Duration: 6 Months to start US local hires Required Skills: * Lenel Sapphire/Ruby/Diamond/Emerald Certified * 5+ years of experience with large scale access control systems (enterprise experience a plus) * Maintains and monitors the company-wide access control system * Performs programming for the enterprise access control, CCTV and physical security applications * Responsible for Level 1-2-3 support of the security applications * Strong physical security analytical skills * Experience with Remedy Ticketing Tool or similar web based incident and change management tools * Ability to work on multiple projects and tasks at one time is required, including ability to multitask, meet deadlines, prioritize and work independently while producing quality work * B.A in Information Technology or equivalent Electrical Engineering degree and relay/PLC logic * Be able to respond to IT support requests that may require off-hours support for outages * Ability to maintain functional and technical requirements for business sponsored applications with primary focus on IP compliance and design of the physical security systems * Gathers information and assist in multi-region implementation activities for deployment and support of business infrastructure and security applications * Familiar with SharePoint and other business application software upgrades and enhancements to ensure optimum alignment with audit and compliance components, including managing upgrades and enhancement activities * Documents business requirements & derives alternative solutions * Participates in the development of test scripts based on documented requirements * Uses standard templates and develops deployment timeline and milestone TTY Systems, Inc.
