"Now Hiring: Recruitment Resourcer/Coordinator in Munich, Germany Position: Recruitment Researcher (Technology) Based: Munich, Germany Contract Length: 6 months Salary: Negotiable depending on experience Job role: This role would be responsible for providing all research support on recruitment for the Recruitment Consultants in Munich but also for other EMEA recruiters where required. The successful candidate will have good experience in internet recruiting and finding / sourcing for technical / sales roles for inside sales, field sales, sales engineers and services roles via the internet and phone. There is potential for this person to go on to become a full-fledged Recruitment Consultant at some point in time. Key responsibilities:   Build candidate pool of diverse qualified candidates through creative and traditional sourcing methods like the internet, employee referrals, direct applicants etc. Build strong relationships with recruiters, employees and external leads to gain knowledge of business and the specific requirements to build pipeline of qualified candidates that can be hired Work closely with recruiting associates to ensure positive applicant experience throughout the recruiting process Provide regular reporting to the internal staffing management team and to the business as needed. Qualified candidates will possess:   A Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, or related field and a minimum of two to three years of experience recruiting research in a dynamic and diverse organization. 3+ years direct recruiting experience in a high tech, fast paced recruiting environment. Proven track record in researching and sourcing candidates for difficult-to-fill positions, nationally and regionally using extensive search techniques and methods Proficient with applicant tracking systems, Peopleclick preferred Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and work on many projects simultaneously. German language, Fluent English and additional European languages of benefit Core competencies for the role include strong strategic, tactical, negotiation, communication, interpersonal, organizational, analytical, creative, and influencing skills http://bull.hn/l/13LDV/4"
