Position: IBM Cognos TM1 Architect/Developer Rate = Negotiable on Corp to Corp plus expenses Location = Quebec, CA (1 hour outside of Montreal) Duration = initially 3 to 6 months (extension expected) Start Date = Very ASAP Responsibilities: Collect and document business requirements Interact with client personnel in Finance and Information Systems Architect Business Performance Management solutions Prepare detailed designs documents and technical specifications Assist in all aspects of the sales process from proof-of-concept development to presentations Develop financial solutions utilizing cutting-edge in-memory IBM Cognos OLAP technology Design test plans and test cases Create and maintain all system administration and end-user documentation Required Qualifications: Minimum 5+ years development experience working with OLAP technologies: IBM Cognos BI, TM1, Oracle Essbase, Microsoft Analysis Services, Cognos Finance and Business Objects Knowledge of planning, budgeting, and forecasting functions and business processes. Experience implementing IBM Cognos BI, IBM Cognos TM1, and TM1 Web TM1 server administration and TM1 dimension and cube development TM1 Rules and Feeder development Familiar with ETL development using Turbo Integrator with relational databases Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Project Experience with IIS, .NET, HTML, VBA and Multi-Dimensional Expressions (MDX) Experience in implementing OLAP multi-dimensional security model"
