VES includes AMS, Data Services & Analytics and Technology & Integration. All VES project delivery resources report this position.  In addition, he / she will work with the client and in the process identify new business opportunities. The position will have direct reports. This individual is the thought leader for the company. This position will require extensive travel. Description Description Position Duties/Responsibilities: v Key customer facing role—business development, solution design v Responsible for establishing and managing client relationships with key decision makers v Must be able to establish and build "trust", and leverage client context by understanding client's overall business goals v Work with sales team  and SSE  to work on project proposals  v Finalize statement of work, project plans, staffing  and deal desks v Key client account management and efficient project delivery oversight v Create reference customer v Conceptualize technology, business solutions and implementation methodology and process v Regular updates and communication of emerging technology v Employee appraisal, development and training v Mentoring and career planning for direct reports v Provide inputs for resource  and revenue forecasting v Institutionalize knowledge management processes within the organization v Senior level recruiting v Conceptualize new service offerings and Intellectual Property (IP) generation for the company v Ensure prompt billing v Ensure budget compliance Requirements  v Superior technology understanding of SAP  and related systems data integration, business intelligence, and managed services v High level business process evaluation and solution design capability v Demonstrated capability of motivating and leading large subordinate teams v Multi domain knowledge v Superior communication and presentation skills v Significant business development and solution selling capability  v PMI certification v Certification in at least one focus area v 16+ years of experience v Advanced degree preferred Thanks & Regards Amit Bhagwat Sr. Consultant – Talent Acquisition Group AURUS Inc.
