"Account manager, Telecom IT infrastructures, Unified communications (UC), BSS, system integration , strategic planning Senior Account Manager required in London for a permanent position with Responsibility for strategic planning, business development, customer relationship and account management with one of clients global key accounts’ IT division. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and analyze new business opportunities with the nominated accounts, produce analytical reports, strategic plans and annual business plans, be responsible for market goals and financial KPIs. • Build up and maintain cohesive and favorable relations with senior clients and create trusted advisor status for our client. • Manage cross-functional sales project teams and drive needed resources to proactively cater customers’ needs, make deals, and watch over the delivery and services to maintain customer satisfaction. Preferred / Qualifications • Good at creating business from scratch, be able to handle uncertainties in undefined, fast-paced business circumstance. • Sound knowledge about telecom IT infrastructures (such as server, storage, networks, and data center & cloud solutions), BSS, system integration and business consulting is strongly desired. • Experience in UC and office automation can be a plus. • Command of other European languages, such as Spanish, Italian, German, etc., can be a plus Basic / Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or business is required • Very strong business development background with proven records in ICT areas, at least 10 years experience. • Good knowledge and experience in telecommunications industry. • Dynamic, open-minded, good communication and inter-personal skills, fast learner. • Strong cross-functional ability and project management skills. • Willingness and availability of being a frequent & intensive international traveler, ready to invest 30%~50% time in travels. • Strong sense of responsibility. • U.K. national, English as working language.
