Position: SME - Fraud Management Total experience: 6+ yrs Qualifications and Experience: Experience and Skills: At least 6-8 years of experience in the communications sector, with a GSM network (Fraud domain) and 2 years of experience in Company FMS tool Strong Leadership & Management skills Excellent problem solver & customer oriented focus Strong negotiator Strong Communication Skills written and verbal Strong Interpersonal skills Self initiated & go-getter attitude Commitment & ability to deliver results within tight timescales PC Literate with the ability to interrogate and assimilate a variety of systems and applications such as MS Office Qualifications: Requires a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline or equivalent professional certification and experience. Requires experience of external, customer facing implementation projects, in either telecommunications or other professional services environment. Strong analytical and logical skills are required, along with solid written and oral communication skills, with the ability to explain issues to technical as well as nontechnical people. Ability to excel in a team environment, with strong interpersonal skills. Must be highly motivated, a strong self starter and highly efficient at completing tasks with minimal guidance. Able to travel to onsite projects as required. Fully conversant with Microsoft business office products. Position Mandate: The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, based on knowledge of Company products and management approaches, tools and utilities, or a demonstrable background in other telecom or related IT systems in a customer delivery environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist client Function Managers & Company SME in designing appropriate processes and controls within Fraud management system to minimize & prevent exposures to Fraud Assessment of changes to the system requests and acceptance testing Working with the Company internal functions and delivery of Fraud Management services as agreed in the contract with the client Overall responsibility for the monitoring and control of the day-to-day activities associated with Fraud operations Overall responsibility for timely and accurate issue analysis, management reporting, action monitoring, and change management Managing Fraud analysts/SME team Ensuring adherence to Service Level agreement (SLA) in day to day operations Operations risk and issue management Note: Please send Cvs only, who can attend the interview weekdays, with short notice period (max 30 days only) Job Location: Pune but they need to be open for Bangalore also if required.
