Here are the details, let me know your thoughts: Location: Stamford, Connecticut Rate: $38 - 45/hr The selected candidate will possess the following skills: •3-5 years of C# experience with Winforms .Working knowledge of GUI development with .NET .Worked in a structured environment such as software house or large team. .Application development involving an understanding of the user domain, rather than just implementing technical solutions. .Multi-threading experience .Previous work completing a Software Development Life CYcle .Development experience on a large complex codebase .2+ years of OO methodology .Basic Fixed Income knowledge required. Optional, but nice to have: .Financial knowledge .Front office IT experience .Improving development practices for team as a whole .C++ .Unix .Strong interest in financial products and eager to develop a career in technology in the front office of an investment bank. .Genuine interest in teamwork.
