"Analyze and monitor, in cooperation with the other members of the team, the processes in function of the objectives of the department. The signs and monitor the outlines of the strategy, processes and procedures so as to achieve a constant quality of service / support the (re) engineering of cross-functional end-to-end processes within the assigned domain in order to contribute to an efficient and effective realization of the business objectives at corporate level. * Business Context: You will work in IT Office. As a part of ICT Governance department, we deliver services to our customers (mainly ICT departments, but also other business units). Our team delivers services in diverse domains: - Financial: o Time tracking and reporting o Purchase order administration - Project Management Office: o Tooling support for MS Project o Guidelines and training material for Project Managers on using the MS Project client - Talent management: o Competence centers _ Elaborate concept of competence centers _ Startup competence centers _ Coordination and support of existing competence centers o Skills management o Provide training _ Develop training paths for all roles _ Organize trainings _ Discuss training needs with HR _ Workforce Management o Support internal people in career development o Support team leads in executing HR processes (Performance management, personal development plans,…) o Resource planning for ICT o Locker and workplace management for ICT floors * Purpose of the function: As the team is rather new, some services/reports still need to be developed and put in place. Your role consists in creating new services from scratch in cooperation with the team and/or to improve/document existing services (internal processes). As a result the team delivers a higher quality to our customers and/or increases the internal efficiency. Due to the nature of our work, your job will be partly administrative, partly creative. * Technical context: - Microsoft Office - Microsoft EPM 2007 - Microsoft Project 2007 - Hp Service Center * Profile: - Working experience: 5 years or more in a similar function - Knowledge of one or more project management methodologies (PMBOK, Prince 2, …) - Knowledge of, and experienced with reporting and dash boarding, KPI, … - Creative and effective communicator - Experience in process analysis, process reengineering - Can perform in depth analysis * Technical knowledge: - Expert in Microsoft Office (Mandatory) * Nice to Have’s: - Knowledge of Microsoft EPM - Knowledge of BPMN - In depth knowledge of Microsoft Project - Experience with resource management, forecasting,… - Experience with competence centers/training activities - Knowledge of ITIL, Cobit, … * Soft skills (all are quite mandatory): - Able to conceptualize/improve new processes/tasks within the team - Flexible and able to perform under pressure - Delivery driven - Earns trust by fulfilling commitments - Customer oriented - Assertive - Takes initiative - Autonomous, but is good team player - Well organized - Communicative, experienced in transferring knowledge - Open-minded * Mandatory language skills: - Fluent in Dutch and/or French with at least excellent understanding of the other language. - Fluent spoken & written English is mandatory Meer info? jobs@nxt-it.biz reference nr 1707"
