Essential Functions * As a recruiter you are responsible for identifying talent for various vertical of Client, and increasing the quality of workforce overall with high emphasis on relationship building. * A recruiter is moulded to be a 'Domain Expert' in the area he/she is aligned to. To become a domain expert, the recruiter must strive to have strong knowledge of the candidate market, quality and cost of talent pool available in the market and also should be aware of the competition in the market place. Identification Process: * Utilize internal database to identify potential candidates. * Place job requirements on the Internet to increase available candidate pool. * Develop creative recruiting resources to attract qualified professionals interested in opportunities within the company. * Network and build relationships with target markets identified. * Should have expertise in hiring candidates for IT vertical Key Competencies: * Possess knowledge of principles and procedures for IT and willingness to work on other non-IT roles. * Strong communication skills, time management, organizational and interpersonal skills * Ability to meet deadlines and works well under pressure in a professional and efficient manner. * Prior experience in driving Referral in Volume hiring for voice will be a preferred.
