Group: IT Recruiters Subject: Web Usability Manager - Dublin, Ireland Angelo Chirulli posted a job: Web Usability Manager - Dublin, Ireland "The Usability Manager will be responsible for the definition of UI solutions for the company’s Web Sites. Key Responsibilities: Provide expertise on user interaction solutions when designing new features for Web Estate; Work closely with company Creative and Technical teams to define innovative and highly usable User Interface for features; Write detailed specification documents for development; Take responsibility for the entire cycle of a project – from inception to final delivery; Investigate user reports about usability issues and prepare recommendations for changes. Skills and Capabilities Essential: Experience in a similar role in the online poker industry; Extensive experience as an online poker player and familiarity with online poker software; Extensive experience in building User Interfaces for web sites; Strong ability to quickly create wireframes, demos, and prototypes of User Interfaces in both low and high fidelities; Ability to iterate progressively from paper prototypes through to high fidelity wireframes/prototypes; Ability to communicate and work alongside creative teams and technical teams; Extremely detail-oriented and organized; A creative and innovative mind; Ability to function as a self-starter with an emphasis on getting things done; Ability to work under time pressure; Proven Information Architecture knowledge. Desirable: User Interface Design or related IT degree; Experience with project management and delivering complex projects successfully. Permanent position for Eu or Visa holder.
