"Job title: SAP Solution Manager Location: Greenville, Sc Duration: 12+ Months Deliverables: The process documentation has to follow the structure of the CLIENT’S ITPM guidelines. Relevant for the process analysis is the ITPM template “Business proposal – Target concept”. The following content is required: Ensure accurate Detailed Business Concept (from the user’s viewpoint) and System Proposal including responsibilities, risks and control points of the internal control system for validation of the risks. ARIS Process flow charts (Level 1-3). For existing processes only an update is required. Task hierarchy, structured listing of tasks Rough data model Functional analysis Based on the process description the required functionality will be defined. The analysis includes the specification of the implementation approach. Four different options have to be considered: Functionality is already available in the SAP MCP system Required functionality is partially covered by the SAP standard New implementation is required Deliverables: For each process the functional requirements the implementation approach is defined and documented. The result of the functional analysis is part of the business proposal – target concept. The business proposal will be extended by a reference to the available functionality or a rough solution sketch if no solution exists. For functionality new to plant Spartanburg the ARIS BPM Level 4 is documented. Interfaces overview, functional integration scenarios, context diagram and information flows (at the entity level) Detailed specification of development requirements System design / implementation concept System Design defines how the solution described in the system proposal is to be built technically. Derived from the functional analysis for each function the detailed implementation approach is elaborated. Deliverables: The implementation details for the entire solution are documented according to the ITPM structure for system design: User interface model Data Model (Entity relationship model and logical/physical data models) Roles and permissions Description of SAP customizing and configuration changes Organizational and physical structure (e.g. warehouse structures) Update of ARIS BPM Level 4 process flows.
