Roles and Responsibilities  E2E responsible for the project coordination (support from a IT Project Leader)  Manage the project within scope, time and budget  Coordination of the project resources and project planning  Coordination between the different entities on the project: Bank and external party.  Weekly reporting to the Program Manager and monthly project Steering  Manage risk & issues, and escalate to Program Manager  Follow up on project dependencies Capabilities:  Knowledge :  Has expert knowledge of project management (project governance & project team management, project planning): Prince 2 methodology.
