"Radio Network Systems Engineer - Germany or UK A Radio Network Systems Engineer on permanent position is needed in Germany or the UK for one of our clients, an international Telecommunications company. Responsibilities: • Responsible for BSC and BTS including planning and operation • Radio planning and implementation of in-house solutions for our customers • Technical coordination of the respective manufacturers and partners • Configuration and design of new features, as well as detailed parameter optimization • Definition as well as regular monitoring of system KPIs • Planning and execution of release upgrades • Planning and implementation of new functionalities and interconnections • Performance and Capacity Expansion • Problem management and error handling • Support for contract negotiations and implementations Requirements: • Successfully completed technical study of telecommunications or electrical engineering, computer science or equivalent training in a technical field with relevant professional experience • At least 4 years of professional experience in the relevant areas • Relevant experience in Radio System planning, configuration and parameter optimization, ideally with experience with "small cell" solutions (Femto, Pico, Micro) • Experience in setting up and evaluating Radio System KPIs • Experience in GSM and handling associated protocols (SS7, MAP, 3GPP radio protocols ...) • Experience in customer service • Excellent communication skills, solution orientated, responsible and proactive work style • Very good German and English, spoken and written If you are interested in this role, please send your updated CV in English and Word format with reference LIKV/RNSE-14168 to Katja at sales(at)manningglobal.com, or call +49 (0)89 2388 9843 for more information."
