If interested please send your resume to ln@fastdolphin.com "Job Title: Oracle HR Functional Consultant Location: Arlington, TX Start Date: ASAP Length: +12 months Description: • +7 years of experience in Oracle HR R12. • The main need is a resource who is experienced in Oracle eBS 12.1.3 HCM (core HR), fluent in Spanish (and speaks English), experience in Latin America and able to travel. Specific countries include Mexico, Colombia, Chile and Brazil. • Experience with data conversions and interfacing to external benefits and payroll systems • Experience with preparing training material with User Productivity Kit (UPK) and providing train the trainer delivery • Experience across spectrum of HCM business processes.
