B. Set up the Capability Center for Experience-Designing and take the charge of the experience-designing activities of solution version. C. Responsible to improve the ability of the experience organization including to design-method, design-process and so on. Requirement for candidates: A. Experience: 8+ years of work experience in user experience domain, it’s better to have the internet experience at the same time. The Chief Office of Experience of famous enterprise of the influential experience designer or Chief in internet or enterprise domain. B. Qualifications: Deep theory knowledge of designing method, designing process and principle in user experience domain. .Excellent requirement-analysis capability to communicate and understand customer requirement. Excellent English communication skills. And the candidates shall be: 1. Business orientated & commercially aware and Results orientated 2. Candidates should be self motivated, professional, confident & innovative 3.
