The ability to drive the infrastructure solution conceptualization working with various stakeholder teams within the customer and the Xchanging organization and to change/adapt technical architecture and solutions in response to business and customer demands will be a key ability. Skills Required:- The ideal candidate must possess 8-12 years of experience in the industry with at least 3 years in the role of an Infrastructure Architect with Presales and Bid Managements experience:- • Strong ability to transform the application technical architecture needs to its analogous infrastructure requirements • Develop complex infrastructure architecting solutions and describe solutions to customers • Ability to define the infrastructure and networking requirements such as scalability, performance, availability, security for complex multi-tier applications. • Cloud Computing Expertise is a must. • Infrastructure: Data Centre design expertise • Produce and own the design and relevant artifacts for the solution • VMware, Virtualization, Citrix knowledge / experience • Strong Windows/Unix knowledge • Knowledge of the Backup and Recovery technologies and concepts are a plus • Knowledge of Mail Architecture (Exchange/Domino) • Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture is preferred. • Knowledge of the technical aspects of hardware/software subject matter • Certified candidates preferred • Understanding of Storage products and their value add to the customer • Work with lead Architect and Implementation teams • Interpersonal, communication and presentation skills • Ability to work independently in high-profile environments and self-motivated mindset SEND IN YOUR RESUMES AT: - ANKUR.KHARE@ASIA.XCHANGING.COM"
