No sales, marketing or recruiting experience required as all training will be provided. Set your own hours - 20 per week (start as early as 9am, finish as late as 5pm, any days Monday through Friday. No weekend or evening work, no over time). Duties & Responsibilities • Sourcing IT consulting jobs from perspective clients via the telephone and emails. • Raising client awareness of our services and gaining their commitment to use our services. • Following up direct marketing campaigns to develop knowledge of client projects and their hiring needs. • Developing a pipeline of hiring leads to pass on to the recruiter. • Identifying potential clients through online research. • Administrative tasks as needed. Requirements • Business / professional work experience • College graduate • Professional telephone manner • Can-do, positive, proactive attitude • Ability to think on your feet • Sense of humor Package • Hourly rate for each hour worked + commission • Vacation (unpaid) – all public holidays + vacation days as requested and agreed in advance. • Personal Days (unpaid) – As needed.
