If interested please send your resume to Luis at ln@fastdolphin.com "Job Title: PeopleSoft HCM Functional Consultant Location: Santiago, Chile Start Date: ASAP Length: +6 months Description: • This role is a Business Analyst role to support a PeopleSoft HCM implementation project HR Operations team. • +7 years of PeopleSoft HR experience is required. • Requirements elicitation with local HR end users. • Advising global team on local statutory and business requirements. • Advising local HR team members on global data standards and ensuring they are incorporated into the rollout. • Working with local HR project team to prepare extracted data into correct formats for uploading into PeopleSoft; explaining data conversion templates and assisting with data preparation. • Writing SIT plan and carrying out SIT (System test) in partnership with global team. • Writing UAT Plan in partnership with local HR and global team members; facilitate local end user testing in partnership with global team. • Providing updates in local Project plan and track risks and issue.
