Sending you job Description Job Description Responsible for handling full recruitment process for Direct Clients (fortune 500 companies) Working closely with TL/Account Manager to anticipate requirements & identify potential resource pool. Involved in screening job applications by matching them with job requirements, planning & coordinating logistics & conducting interviews, reference checks and salary negotiation. Develop & maintain network. Maintaining complete Recruitment Database including inflow by augmenting relevant resumes on a periodic basis by various sources i.e. Headhunting, Direct references, manpower consultants, advertisements, internal references and Job Portals. Shift Timings: 7:30 pm to 4:30 am IST Desired Candidates 06 months - 7 years experience in US Staffing. Hands on experience of working with direct clients on W2/Contract/1099. Should have excellent communication skills Should be willing to work in night shift Can commute on his own Good interpersonal and team coordination skills Must be proactive & self-driven.
