If interested please send your resume to nc@fastdolphin.com "Job Title: Web Application Functional Lead Location: Milwaukee, WI. Start Date: ASAP Length: +12 months Description: • Create functional design specifications describing detailed solution features, screen descriptions and integrations with other applications • Help define functional design for new web application with high focus on user experience, ensuring all requirements and features described in functional specifications are appropriately covered by solution • Lead sessions to validate functional solution with SMEs and assist with decision making process as needed regarding application design • Act as bridge with technical team, providing detailed functional design specifications that will describe what needs to be developed • Assist with testing activities • Define functional design specifications for integrations between web application and other systems • Assist with definition of data Models, mapping of data sources, database entity relationship diagrams • Participate in sessions to understand existing functionality and map to future solution. Skills: • 7+ years of experience in design and implementation of front-end web based applications, ideally in Java environments • Java knowledge is not required, just enough technical background to communicate with technical team • Fluent in English & Spanish, ability to lead & participate in meetings with project team in the US and onshore resources outside of the US • Serve as bridge between US onsite team and onshore development team • Familiar with object oriented analysis, design, development • Knowledge of Database systems, ideally Oracle, and ability to create and read Database diagrams / design • Experience with wire-framing to illustrate solutions • Unified Modeling Language: Ability to create/ understand Use Case Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams • Business Process Definition / Diagramming • Familiarity with Oracle EBusiness Suite Modules, such as Oracle Configurator, Pricing & Quoting • Sharepoint as collaboration tool • Experience with integrations specifications • Wire-framing tools such as Balsamiq • Experience with environments with configure to order products, e.g., where you select options for a given product as part of creating an order Languages: • Spanish • English If you fulfill this requirement and are interested in this position, please send your English resume along with your availability to start in this project, to the following e-mail address: nancy.cardona@fastdolphin.com"
