Group: IT Recruiters Subject: Project Coordinator Kristy Lovegrove CertRP posted a job: Project Coordinator "Project Coordinator - Hertfordshire- £25,000- £30,000 - Managed Service Provider- GREAT work environment. This is your chance to get into one of the UK's Leading Managed Service Providers, if you are a tenacious and determined individual who prides themselves on their strong ability to learn and work well under pressure. As an MSP they plan, install and support projects for a large number of clients in various markets each with bespoke configurations. You will be at the front of the business pushing forward the brand and the technical creditability of the company. The successful candidate must understand that exceptional service is the difference between good projects and great projects. They must be an experienced results orientated project coordinator paying a high level of attention to detail. You must be a people person, comfortable speaking to strangers, making them laugh and giving them a friendly experience. As a member of the professional services team, you will be able to provide an on-going training programme to sharpen your skills and keep them current. Attributes and Duties: *Deliver small and medium size projects sale to implementation *You'll prepare, maintain and present project plans using project management tools *Providing work breakdown structures to the head of technology *You'll monitor completion of project tasks and monitor costs against estimates *You will provide regular reporting on completion deadlines and milestone reviews *Build relationships internally and with suppliers and clients *Assist\mentor colleagues in line with escalations procedures *Don't be shy, you may have to visit client sites for pre\post project meetings and ensuring ongoing project delivery is according to plan *Maintain a high degree of customer service, professionalism and integrity *Produce and update technical documentation *Work to deadlines and adapt quickly to a fast changing environment Required Experience: *3+ years' experience in a project delivery role *Have excellent experience as project manager or coordinator *A passion for IT and new technologies *Managing a small team of 2-3 engineers *A driving license for the past two years.
