Fluent English is required for application. Start time is ASAP. Responsibilities: • Daily/regular PM analysis of the network KPIs • Analyzing statistics and other data in order to identify service affecting faults in 2G, 3G and 4G RAN networks as well as for Core and VAS (SMS, MMS, Voicemail, Prepaid) • Perform trend analysis • General support in fault and trouble shooting in collaboration with other teams • Analyzing statistics and other data in order to identify possible degradations after implemented changes to the network • Providing statistics and analysis for problem investigations related to network quality • Customer report generation including assessment of the delivered KPIs Qualifications: • Excellent knowledge in mobile (2G,3G,4G) Telecom • Strong analytical skills • Strong communication skills and presentation skills • Fluent in written and spoken English • Bachelor or Master Degree in Telecommunications, engineering, technology or IT. • More than 5 years of working experience in Telecom, preferably in Performance Management • We expect you to have lots of energy and be able to handle stressful situations • Proficient in Huawei and NSN tools such as PRS (M2000) and Reporting Suite (NetAct) If you are interested in this role, please send your updated CV in English and Word format with reference LIJO/SA-4335 to Jo Li at sales(at)manningglobal.com, or call +49 (0)172 140 1051 for more information." | |||||
