"Our Client has expanded its businesses to Europe, and is looking for executives to fill the following positions in an electric motor industry. _________________________________________________________________________ POSITION: Chief Operation Officer DEPARTMENT: Headquarter in Europe REPORTING RELATIONSHIP: CEO and Board of Directors RESPONSIBILITIES: The chief operating officer (COO) is responsible for the company’s day-to-day operating activities, including revenue, production, purchasing, technical improving and sales growth; expense, cost and margin control; and monthly, quarterly and annual financial goal management. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS  Direct company operations to meet budget and other financial goals. Direct short-term and long-range planning and budget development to support strategic business goals. Establish the performance goals, allocate resources, and assess policies for senior management. Demonstrate successful execution of business strategies for company products and services. Develop, establish, and direct execution of operating policies to support overall company policies and objectives. Maintain a smooth flow of work between departments and for resolving interdepartmental conflicts Set up and lead most efficient team, improve internal management system QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor of Electric Engineering and above More than 5 years operation management experience in large manufacturing company, electric motor manufacturing is preferred Strong business sense and integrity Be able to work under pressure and willing to take new challenges Excellent interpersonal, communications, public speaking, and presentation skills. Solid working knowledge of budgeting, sales, business development, and strategic planning Ability to generate respect and trust from staff and external constituencies.
