This is a pivotal leadership role with frequent interactions with senior most Executives. We need a refuse-to lose, aggressive, new business development Guru for this role. Location: This role will work out of your home office and could be located in San Francisco, Portland, Salt Lake City, Denver or Seattle Responsibilities: * Oversee performance of Distributors in the Region vs. Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Plan * Aggressively drive Distributor new business development activities * Grow and develop a pipeline of new and potential Distributors and Reps throughout the Region * Interface with all Key Accounts, Surgeons and OR personnel in the Region * Train and develop Distributors and Reps * Rolling-Out new product lines Requirements: * MUST have Distributor Management AND extensive Development Experience * MUST have worked within the Medical Device Industry in Spine / Orthopedics * MUST have a documented history of new business development while exceeding quotas and goals * MUST have 7 years minimum experience * MUST have a minimum BS degree while an MBA or graduate degree is highly preferred Compensation: $180,000-$190,000 package which includes Base + commissions, auto allowance, and expense report Three simple steps for consideration: 1.
