"On behalf of our client, a prestigious international Telecommunications company, Manning Global Group is currently looking for Site Acquisition Specialist on a two years fixed term contract, based in UK (Bristol/Basingstoke/Manchester). Key responsibilities include: Provide expert advice in all matter of Acquisition, Planning and Lease reads. Work with the Cornerstone Estates team where appropriate. Set the guidelines/policy and regularly review to ensure they align with any company’s process or strategy changes. Ensure all Partners are fully trained and briefed for the company acquisition strategy, plan and guidelines. This will involve running training session when required. Ensure a close working relationship with the Cornerstone team to ensure the company Acquisition Guidelines are in line with their policies and that the company SRAN team are fully aware of any site constraints. Analyse all sites within the company SRAN project to achieve the most efficient programme and where appropriate group sites to be dealt with on block, such as:- MSA’s, Arqiva, OLO’s and sites with common landlord agents etc. Ensure that there is a clear understanding with Cornerstone as to which sites are dealt with by company and which by Cornerstone, such as Arqiva, OLO and MSA sites. Ensure that there single and consistent approach applied to areas. Ensure that all acquisition dependencies provided by Cornerstone are identified, agreed at the earliest time and accurately tracked to ensure that they don’t get onto the critical path. This will require tight management and reporting for the area’s. Identify any acquisition issues that could affect the delivery targets and suggest solutions to mitigate the issues. Work closely with the Site Design team to ensure that the suggested site designs minimise any acquisition work including all planning requirements. Ensure that the acquisition activities are aligned to the overall company Cluster/Ref Cluster deployment process and individual site acquisition issue do not get on the critical path for the overall clusters. Ensure that CEG have an appropriate SOW for acquisition activities that allows correct pricing. Support CEG with expert advice in any disputes with the Partners on acquisition related matters. Manage the acquisition costs v the budget and keep a running forecast of end of project costs. Provide suitable management reports to ensure that acquisition issues are understood by the wider team. This includes the company SRAN management team, Partners, CEG and Cornerstone etc. The skills and qualification required: ·A well rounded Higher Education, preferably to degree level. ·Minimum 3 years experience within an Estates/Acquisition Department of a Telecommunications company and or 3 years experience of site acquisitions at a management level within another organization. ·A firm grasp of legislative, contractual, planning and technical issues as well as being a good negotiator. ·Proven ability to deliver to tight deadlines and show good problem solving skills (lateral thinking) and Strong People management and communication skills. ·Flexible, able to work under pressure but remain cheerful and approachable If you are interested and have the eligibility to live and work in Europe (Documented evidence of the eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process), please send your updated CV in Word format including availability and salary expectations to Patrick at sales@manningglobal.com or call +44 1704 532727 with reference LIPZ/SIAEG-12686."
