Shuaib Ahmed has started a discussion: Looking for Zone/Implementation Manager_Norway "Currently we have an opening for Zone/Implementation Manager with our client in Norway. It is a permanent position and client is looking for someone who can speak fluent Norwegian or Swedish language. Please find below the job description: As a Zone Manager you’ll be working with teams of engineers, subcontractors and clients in order to assure delivery according to schedule, timelines and quality standards. You’ll have the following responsibilities:  Responsible for project quality  Responsible for cost required for implementation of the project.  Responsible for the project schedule and timely receipt of PAC and FAC.  Responsible for training and assessment of project team members.  Responsible for subcontractor performance management. Qualifications: To be successful in this role, we’re seeking for a candidate with the following qualifications:  Outstanding organizational skills, dedication and achievement orientation.  Ability to build strong networks and effectively manage available resources.  Relevant experience in team management and good leadership skills.  Excellent language skills, fluent Swedish/Norwegian and English.  Relevant experience in telecom project management.  Can work well under pressure, is a team player and has the ability and motivation to inspire co-workers  Familiar with TK process will be an advantage.
