Subject: Great China Staffing Manager for German Company Thomas Fu posted a job: Great China Staffing Manager for German Company "JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:  Establish and implement Staffing Plan including existing recruitment channel evaluation and analysis, overall staffing plan and implementation, etc.  Identify and continuous manage in-country staffing partners/vendors including but not limited to recruiting website, executive search firm, newspaper, etc.  Establish China talent database and update on a regular basis  Review, refine and implement corporate strategic staffing process for China  Establish orientation process for all managerial and above positions  Implement performance review & development plan for all managers in commercial organization  Forecast regional staffing needs whenever necessary REQUIREMENT  Bachelor degree  At least 8 years HR experiences including no less than 5 years recruiting experience in multinational companies.  Bi-lingual, high command of English both in written and oral  Minimum Bachelor degree, preferably Master degree in HR Management  Excellent communication skills and negotiations skills  Able to work with senior level management and under work pressures  A Team player Contact: Thomas@collarsconsultants.com"
