Will assist the President and COO in assessing organization’s financial performance, making long-range financial plans and establishing company-wide financial and administrative objectives, policies, programs, and practices to ensure the company is financially sound. Portland, OR based. Must Have: · In depth understanding of Health Plan related financial issues, including, IBNR, MLR, business profiles, and reinsurance. · High-level understanding of Medicare and Medicaid contract components and regulatory requirements. · Current understanding of GAAP and Statutory reporting requirements. · Ability to manage all aspects of internal and external audits. · Ability to lead in an environment of growth, change and ambiguity. · Ability to champion and lead corporate projects and initiatives, as needed. · Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration; MBA preferred · CPA required · Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement knowledge preferred. · DMAP and CMS contracts and requirements Compensation: $175k- $200k DOE"
