"This is a full time permanent & direct hire job for a leading manufacturer of fiber optic communications system solutions for voice, data and video network applications worldwide. This position, reporting to the training manager, is responsible for developing and delivering instructor led technical training to value added resellers (VARs), partners, customers and integrators. The technical trainer will deliver training at customer sites, and MobileAccess offices. We want someone with some class room training time and wireless knowledge. Education, Experience and other Qualifications/Training: •Must possess sterling platform skills and have a demonstrated track record of ensuring high levels of student retention. •Background in Wireless/Mobility/Cellular networks and/or Networking/Internetworking devices, protocols and operating systems. •Experience designing and delivering compelling course material. •A demonstrated ability to learn new products/technologies. •A minimum of 5 years of course development experience using the ADDIE model (or equivalent). •Understanding of a variety of wireless technologies such as GSM, CDMA, WCDMA, 802.11, etc. •BS or equivalent required. •Five to ten years training delivery experience. •Five to ten years experience with a technical hardware manufacturing company.
