Subject: Legal Recruiter / Manager – Singapore Elaine Penketh (+65 9026 1965) posted a job: Legal Recruiter / Manager – Singapore "International high profile, corporate recruitment consultancy is looking for an experienced Legal Recruiter or Manager to join its Singapore office in either one of two areas of Legal recruitment. 1) In House Legal desk covering the FS & MNC In-house space OR . . . 2) Private Practice placing the likes of legal councils, qualified lawyers, paralegals etc THE ROLE If coming in as a manager, in addition to your 360 function you will have the remit and responsibility to hire & lead a team managing a headcount of circa 5 recruiters inheriting 1 or 2 at the start. Your role will include the development of both new & existing business, creating & nurturing client relationships and leveraging from current clients across the C&I and legal markets. You will deal with the attraction & marketing of candidates & manage the interview process through to close You will have the autonomy to develop your division / desk and be offered excellent career progression You will be given full training and support throughout your career   ABOUT YOU: You must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years Legal Recruitment experience ideally with a career in the legal industry behind you.
