Job Responsibilities  Full life cycle recruiting which includes posting jobs on appropriate job boards, reviewing resumes on a daily basis, screening candidates, communicate with candidates and hiring managers, coordinate interview schedules for candidates with the appropriate interviewees.  Create robust job descriptions with the assistance of the hiring managers to attract highly qualified candidates.  Work closely with hiring managers to review business objectives, business challenges and then using that information to attract exceptional candidates.  Utilize cost effective and unique hiring methods to fill open requisitions as quickly as possible. Preferred Qualifications  3-5 years' experience recruiting for Technology Operations and Sales positions.  Able to "talk the talk" with tech candidates.  Bachelor's Degree or equivalent/higher level of education.  Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking databases is required.  Self-motivated, independent thinker and a team player, who will hit the ground running.  Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying issues clearly, making points concisely and ensuring successful overall communication channels.  Proven ability to handle multiple tasks with tight deadlines, manage competing priorities, and consistently perform in high pressure environments.  Organized with a rigorous attention to detail, drive for excellence, and a positive "can-do" approach.  Sense of humor Please send CV and a cover letter to contactus@thetalentsolution.com"
