"Description: To support the Janssen vision of becoming the best customer oriented pharma company, the Connect program has been established. One of the strategic pillars is the implementation and roll-out of the next generation CRM solution, iConnect. Currently, Janssen EMEA I/T is currently looking for a Business Process Consultant in the area of SFA/Segmentation covering the processes of: •Call planning •Call preparation •Call reporting •Follow-up requests •Coaching •Territory Alignment •Plan of Action •Time Off Territory •Materials/Samples delivery Accountabilities: In this role, the Business Process Consultant (BPC) will work closely with the Business Process Champions and the team of business experts by: •Implementing and deploying of the different harmonized processes •Challenging the requirements, propose alternatives and workarounds where appropriate •Supporting thinking-out-of-the box mentality •Gathering local requirements and understanding the impact on harmonized processes Also, the BPC will be responsible for the Solution design and Validation of the responsive processes: •Working with the integrator to translate the requirements into valuable business solutions •Reviewing solutions to validate their alignment to the set requirements •Assisting in Test Scripts and preparing, organizing and supporting the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) The BPC will Support the Process Implementation: •Prototype and demonstrate our solutions for the business •Organize Train-The-Trainer session and create workshop materials •Provide hands-on support to the local OpCos This will be a project assignment – ideal as a development opportunity. Duration will be 18-22 months. Frequent travel, up to 50%. Qualifications •Experience in CRM processes and systems in a pharma environment, committed to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines •Excellent collaboration and teaming skills including: o Well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with a wide range of people across multiple cultures and functional areas o Superb verbal & written communication skills (fluent English essential) to collect user stories and create functional specifications •Strong Project Management skills fostering a ‘can do’ mentality o Accepts personal responsibility for client satisfaction o Capable to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects, varying in size, value and complexity o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills o Ability and willingness to work effectively under pressure and to complete the tasks required in a timely manner and with a high degree of accuracy • Master and/or Bachelor Degree in Commercial Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science or equivalent through experience.
