Job Description: Human Resources Manager Alcoa Fastening Systems (formerly Huck Fasteners), a world leader in the design and manufacture of industrial fastening systems, seeks a highly qualified Human Resource Manager for its Waco facility. We offer challenging assignments, career advancement potential within a world-class manufacturing organization and an excellent total compensation package. Responsibilities: Provides consultation and services to Waco Operations leaders and other internal customers on a variety of complex Human Resource matters. Actively works with customers to develop and implement Human Resource solutions to strategic business challenges. Proactively addresses employee relations issues and fosters a positive, productive work environment through employee engagement initiatives. Assesses organizational and individual development needs and implements approaches which close identified gaps. Secure superior talent to fill all available job openings. Participates in strategic Community involvement initiatives and allocation of assigned Foundation resources. Provides leadership to assigned Human Resource team members. Education/Required Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Organizational Behavior or a closely related discipline, coupled with 7-10 years of professional-level Human Resources work, preferably in leadership capacity. An equivalent combination of education and experience which has imparted the required knowledge, skill and ability may be acceptable. PHR or SPHR certification is very desirable.
