"Now Hiring: Sourcing Specialist in Boston, MA The Contract Sourcing Specialist will work hand in hand with senior recruiters as part of the Global Recruiting team.  The Sourcing Specialist will be responsible generating resumes, calling and screening / interviewing candidates for the senior recruitment team.  Responsibilities Source, Identify, Develop, and Activate candidates & resumes through internal database searches, Boolean Internet Searches, Contact Lists, Job Boards, Social Networking Sites, and other information sources as appropriate. Appropriately screen candidates based interest level, availability, visa status, salary range, relocation requirements, and basic qualifications. Proactively conduct research and investigate innovative ways to identify new candidates. Consistent & continuous follow up with recruiters to ensure staffing plans & objectives are being met.  Provide weekly statistics to Recruiting Manager. Qualifications  Must be Internet Savvy and have internet/computer skills to discover information and conduct research over the internet (Boolean searches, search engines, social networking sites etc) Superior written & verbal communication skills with emphasis placed on accuracy. Ideal candidate will be energetic, work well in a team environment with a high sense of urgency and ongoing competing demands. Candidates must be interested in pursuing a career in Recruiting and/or Human Resources. Previous recruiting and/or agency or human resources experience is preferred but not necessary.
