This position is based in Irving, TX. ”Client will consider all candidates who are authorized to work in US. Out-of-town candidates will be considered for this position”. What you will do: Contract Designer will be required to evaluate, plan, and develop WBT, leader-led, and virtual course material. Solid front-end and task analysis skills will be employed to determine appropriate design plans for each project. High-end eLearning/mLearning skills are required for the design and development tasks of creating course material. Excellent work ethic, self-starter, attention to detail and attendance are critical. Must have excellent project management skills and be able to work in an atmosphere of ambiguity and with little supervision. Must follow directions and use existing instructional design standards and processes. DocuTools training will be required if the selected candidate does not have the official training in order to legally use this software.
