Associate Director - Engineering / Construction(NON-BILLING) in London, United Kingdom Desired Skills & Experience You key responsibilities will include: Sales performance and profitability driven in-line with group budgets. The high-level management and improvement of deal margins, percentages, profit, headcount, metrics, and staff attrition. Forecasting and reporting to the Group Board on monthly performance. Client engagement and business development – specifically building on the success within the Technical - Built Environment areas. Business and sales planning. Structured methodologies and internal systems. Training and people development. Talent attraction strategies – mapping and attracting internal Talent into the Regional offices. Conduction senior leadership team formal monthly 1-1’s with Associate Directors and Team Managers. Divisional performance management – setting all KPIs, metrics, and targets.
