Qualified candidates must have superior sourcing skills and proven experience in navigating the complexities and challenges around identifying, qualifying, interviewing, and hiring candidates. This position is critical to maintaining our ongoing growth and reports directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition. Responsibilities include: • Provide full lifecycle recruiting support for a variety of core internal positions. • Creatively source for delivery, sales, and support departments within the IT Security space. • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates • Build, maintain, and enhance a robust pipeline of candidates for a number of IT Security needs • Successfully analyze candidates’ skills, experience, availability and background to determine optimal fit for our positions • Establish a solid recruiting network • Distinguish between and maintain contact with both active and passive candidates • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to create job descriptions, interview guides, scoring guides • Coach and educate the Accuvant organization around defining positions, interviewing, candidate selection, credentialing, selling, offers, and creating positive candidate experiences • Screen and schedule interviews for a high volume of candidates • Maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System • Coordinate with Hiring Managers to anticipate and proactively source for additional skills and resource acquisition requirements • Track, analyze, and report trends, as well as candidate application status REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Successful, relevant experience recruiting in a high volume environment for multiple skill sets typically obtained in 5+ years • Demonstrated success placing Information Security Consulting or Technical Sales professionals typically obtained in 2+ years. o Consulting placements will specialize in, without limitation: Integration and Deployment, Perimeter / Network Security, Endpoint Security, Wireless Security, Enterprise Risk, Security Research, Application / Enterprise Security, Malware Analysis, Risk and Assessment, Security Audit and Oversight, Managed / Remote Delivery Services. o Sales placements will have a strong record of success selling the above services to C-Level clients using consultative selling techniques. • Demonstrated success closing multiple positions within a 90-day window • Ability to handle a workload of 15+ diverse requisitions simultaneously • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems to record correspondence, candidate workflow, requisition history, source information, candidate profiles. • Demonstrated proficiency in self-sourcing • Familiarity with recruiting best practices, laws and regulations • Experience thriving in a fast-paced, results-driven environment • Ability to effectively communicate with candidates at all professional levels • Effectiveness in multi-tasking, time management and attention to detail • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment • Excellent personality assessment skills • Must Have: o Valid Driver’s License o Ability to work greater than 40 hours per week as needed o High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Agency experience highly desirable • Information Security recruiting experience"
