Description: Guident is looking for an experienced Oracle R12 federal financials developer. The successful candidate will be part of a team of functional and technical consultants implementing a full fledged federal financial management system. The job responsibilities include technical analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment of interfaces, conversions and extensions or the RICE-W elements of the solution. The successful candidate must be well versed with the Oracle Unified Method (OUM) having done at least two full life cycle implementations of Oracle E-Business Suite based financial management systems using Oracle's Application Implementation Method (AIM) or the OUM. The tasks include working with other team members and the customer for developing and documenting technical design specifications, and unit test plans. The tasks also includes developing necessary code for the assigned RICE-W elements using Oracle IDE (Forms, Reports, XML Publisher, JDeveloper, PL/SQL). The applicable E-Business Suite modules are GL, AP, AR, PO, and Oracle Loans - therefore demonstrable experience in these modules is a must. Must Have Skills / Experience - Minimum of 6 years as a technical consultant developing RICE-W elements for Oracle E-Business Suite R11i and/or R12 - At least two full life cycle implementations using AIM or OUM - Minimum of 6 years experience developing technical solutions using Oracle Forms, XML Publisher, JDeveloper, PL/SQL, SQL*Plus - Experience with two or more of the financials modules GL, AP, AR, PO, Oralce Loans - Experience with configuration management tools and methods such as IBM ClearQuest and ClearCase - Excellent written and verbal communication skills Desired Skills / Experience - Experience working with Oracle On Demand and familiarity with the CEMLI processes.   EOE M/F/D/V http://bull.hn/l/XNZE/3"
