Major Duties and Responsibilities: - you will manage the activities and people associated with the project as well as the success of that project - you will define project schedules with the technical lead and plan and coordinate project activity using specific methodologies practiced by the company (Agile/Waterfall, etc) - designs and documents project requirements - assists with the testing of the application and QA team - ensures projects are securely delivered and fulfill expectations - identifies opportunities for enhancements and refinements to standards and processes - works directly with Developers, Architects, System Analysts and QA team to manage the technical aspects of a development project - makes sure that project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately Qualifications/Necessary Skills: - Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills - 5-8 years prior experience typically desired - specific experience in managing IT projects and technologies - Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field - Strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills - Possess general understanding in the areas of application programming, database and system design - Self managed, highly motivated and has a strong drive for results - Skilled in managing a team Benefits: - Competitive salary package. - Medical insurance. - Extremely motivating working environment. - Trainings depending on your development needs.
